There are so many fun toys out for kids right now. Some nostalgic, some I wish I had when I was a kid. Some I wish I could get for myself under the tree this year.

Seriously considering making cookies tonight after everyone goes to bed. Just me, a bowl of cookie dough, and some baked cookies. Chocolate chip cookie with pretzels and oats probably. What’s your favorite cookie?

And then your two-year-old looks out the car window and sighs as he says, “When I was young, this used to be all fields. Now it’s a bunch of homes and grocery stores.” This gem from @stay.at.homies made me laugh and then think how funny it would be to hear a 2yo talk like a 45yo man.
